We’ve all had the thought, “My pastor could do that so much better…” when it comes to the way they use (or don’t use) creativity in their sermons or the organization. In this class, we’ll look at ways to increase the organizational impact of creativity and get your pastor to increase creativity in their sermons, team meetings, and overall vision for your church.

Learning Objectives:

1. Learn about leading up and creating the environment for communication between you and your pastor.
2. Understand the right way to share an idea vs the lazy way.
3. Gain confidence in where God is leading you creatively, how to get your organization there, and the skills to bring your pastor with you.
