When the future is unclear or circumstances are in flux (due to organizational change or global pandemics…) it’s difficult to chart a clear course and inspire confidence in others. This session prepares you to convey stability and maintain the commitment of volunteers, staffers, and church members when the pressure is on and the reality and decisions keep changing.
